The following is a letter that will be delivered to RCMP National Security Criminal Investigations as a request for them to investigate the aerial spraying that is being done all across Canada. 

If you are a Canadian and wish to have your name added to the list of people who believe an investigation is necessary please leave a brief comment with your name and we will include your name with our letter.

If you are not Canadian, but still wish to be included, feel free to leave your name and your location to show your concern. We know that this spraying is occurring in many parts of the world however this letter is being sent to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and is focused on their jurisdiction within Canada.

We do not believe that petitioning the parties who are ignoring the crimes or even taking part in the crimes will do much good and therefore it is time we seek help from the people who swore an oath to serve and protect the citizens of this country, and let them know that we are in fear for our lives and our children and together perhaps the existing laws that are there to protect us can be enforced.

We the undersigned, who are citizens of Canada, report that we have witnessed a crime that we believe threatens our national security and is causing harm and death to the people of Canada and is destroying the environment and wildlife in this country. We request that the RCMP National Security Criminal Investigations Program begin an investigation to determine who is responsible, put an end to the criminal activities and bring the perpetrators to justice.

The NSCI Program as you know aims to reduce the threat of terrorist criminal activity in Canada and abroad by preventing, detecting, investigating, and gathering evidence to support the prosecution of those involved in national security-related criminal acts. "Threats to national security can come in any form: chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear; an explosive device; a computer virus; or a simple bank transaction that funds terrorism." The crimes we are reporting here definitely meet the criteria for an investigation to be held by NSCI.

We the undersigned citizens of Canada report the following:

• Nearly every sunny day this past year or more we have witness unmarked white air planes flying over our properties and emitting long plumes of white, grayish and sometimes orange or brown tinged substance which we believe are chemicals;
  
  
• Many of us have informed Government officials but we have been ignored and their only response is that we must be seeing normal contrails from air planes which we know is untrue because we can see the proof with our own eyes;
  
  
• The plumes are longer than normal contrails and do not disappear no matter if the air is dry or humid. Multiple planes fly side by side or create criss cross patterns of these plumes and twenty minutes later the plumes stretch out and cover the entire sky becoming one huge mass of cloud cover that blocks out the sun for the entire day;
  
  
• We report that after the spraying the air feels as if it is contaminated, it is hard to breathe and has an unpleasant metallic taste and stings our eyes. We are experiencing ill health from this spraying and we can see that our property, our pets, the environment and wildlife around us are being made sick or being destroyed by the substances that are being sprayed;
  
  
• Some of us report unexplained inflictions of sores on our skin containing string like fibres which we are now finding out may be part of the substances being sprayed;
  
  
• We are aware that aerial spraying of aluminium, barium and other chemicals are used in geo engineering research with the purpose of creating sun reflective cloud cover and we know that aluminium, barium and other heavy metals are hazardous to our health;
  
  
• We have proof that aerial spraying is used by insurance companies to modify the weather to reduce storm damage so they pay less for insurance claims. They use silver iodide for cloud seeding, and we know that silver iodide is harmful to our health;
  
  
• We know that a company called Weather Modification Inc does the weather modification spraying for insurance companies;
  
  
• We have scientific documents that suggest geo engineering is only being researched in Canada and that it is not being used in our skies, yet every day we witness these planes creating this unnatural cloud cover over our heads which is proof that research is being done direct in the atmosphere above us and not within the confines of a research facility and it appears there is no regard to human safety whatsoever;
  
  
• We are aware that Canada has a Weather Modification Act, yet no one appears to be monitoring the activities of the people who are doing the spraying, and the Act itself seems to be nothing more than a license for scientists working for Corporations, Governments and Education Systems to use people as experiments. The fact that anyone can obtain a pilot license and begin aerial spraying whatever they want, with no one controlling the substances being sprayed creates a huge national security risk;
  
  
• We are aware that the United Nations banned geo engineering aerial spraying because it is harmful to health and the environment, yet NATO countries continue to do so whether it be for weather manipulation for the benefit of profit by insurance companies or by corporations being allowed by government to create sun reflective cloud to delay global warming so they can continue profiting off the sales of fossil fuel products;
  
  
• We know that William Gates (Bill Gates) owner of Microsoft Corporation 
  
  
  • Is funding Geo Engineering; 
   
  
  • Was a big contributor to Nova Scotia Department of Education through his Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation;  
  
  
  • Holds status as a Government/Private Partnership with Nova Scotia

•  We know that Rodney MacDonald (Premier/2008); 
  
  
  • invested $32 million tax payers dollars in a new Biosciences Research Facility for Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, Canada;
  
  
  • worked on previous government/private partnership projects in Nova Scotia Canada with the Microsoft Corporation; 
   
  
  • In 2010 he was appointed to the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum board;

• We know that some scientists say that geo engineering chemical cloud cover keeps the planet cooler, can delay global warming, and they use these reports to provide excuses for corporations that give them the ability continue to market fossil fuels while creating the impression that there is no rush for Canada to change to alternative energy;
  
  
  
• We know that here in Nova Scotia, as in many parts of Canada that the education of alternative energy products to average people is being suppressed by our governments and education systems and that the media is being used to manipulate people into believing that it is too expensive and complicated for them to learn; 
   
• We know that Irving Shipbuilding has won the National Shipbuilding Procurement Strategy bid and this has created a mob style support of Irving Oil by politicians in Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick, such as premiers Darrell Dexter, David Alward, Robert Ghiz and by the multitude of government/private partnership corporations, and by the leaders in our education system including Tom Traves, President of Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, and they promote this support through a program called The Ships Start Here;
  
  
• We know that the actions of these politicians are manipulating young people into believing they will get good high paying jobs in their own province, meanwhile the work these young people are forced to do is nothing but work in toxic oil waste dumps producing oil or building war ships that will be necessary when the rest of the world recognizes that Canada has no plan to reduce it's Carbon Footprint like they are and that Canada will continue producing and forcing their citizens to use fossil fuels;
  
  
• We know the National Research Council of Canada, has received numerous tax dollars for research and they promote that they are researching biofuels, yet when you look at the research you will find they are spending money on developing ways to capture carbon from smoke stacks so fossil fuel industries can keep pumping out fossil fuel;
  
  
• We know that the National Research Council of Canada is manipulating young environmentally conscious students into research positions, making them believe they are taking part in alternative energy solutions. Meanwhile the student's research is only assisting fossil fuel companies to continue marketing fossil fuels. This is morally wrong;
  
  
• We believe that our country, Canada, has been handed over by our government to a group of "mad scientists" who are using us all as biological experiments in their geo engineering activities and that chemicals being dumped on us is a horrendous crime, and no different than someone throwing a bucket of chemicals onto a crowd of people;

We request that the NSCI investigate for the reasons above and for the following reasons:

1. If Corporations are allowed by government to perform aerial spraying in unmarked planes, and as there is no apparent control of the people doing the spraying, there is nothing to stop a terrorist from flying an unmarked plane and spraying a deadly substance on the population which is a national security risk;
   
   
2. If corporations or governments or their private partnerships, are found to be purposely spraying toxic chemicals as scientific research with the intent is to delay global warming rather than switch to alternative solutions just to continue producing and distributing fossil fuels to protect market shares of corporations, then their acts of spraying toxic chemicals on Canadians should be classified as crimes against humanity;
   
   
3. We have proof that many non NATO countries are using alternative clean energy and transportation products and we have proof that they are effective and economically viable and that there is no reason why these products cannot be used in Canada as well;
   
   
4. If corporations or governments or their private partnerships of NATO countries are found to be blocking or suppressing education of alternative clean energy and transportation to keep the population enslaved to using fossil fuels this should be classified as terrorism no different than the Taliban who block women from education;
   
   
5. If the spray planes are found to contain chemicals that can harm life as we suspect they will be, then the spray planes should be deemed as weapons of mass destruction and those in charge of allowing the spraying should be treated as terrorists.
